Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all will be suspended. Providing accurate name, phone number, and national ID information at registration is mandatory. Opening an account with false information is a direct breach of these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately. 2036 will not be held liable for any losses arising from misuse of your account.
Users are required to follow platform rules, treat other users with respect, and refrain from any form of cheating or fraud. Users are personally liable for any illegal activity or policy violations.
Software manipulation, use of bots, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, money laundering, and fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. Any such conduct will result in account closure and referral to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on 2036 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are available via approved mobile banking services, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are displayed on the platform dashboard.
Withdrawal requests are processed after verification. Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of identity verification (KYC). Funds from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal, as specified in each offer's terms.
Accounts involved in fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or unauthorized payment methods will be suspended and the associated funds may be forfeited. Users are solely responsible for any applicable taxes and duties.

Account Suspension, Closure & Governing Law
When Will an Account Be Suspended or Closed?
2036 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

- Operating Multiple Accounts
- Engaging in Fraudulent or Illegal Activity
- Providing a False Identity or Fraudulent Documents
- Breaching the Platform's Technical Security

Whether a balance is refunded upon account closure depends on the nature of the violation. Balances may be forfeited in cases involving fraudulent activity.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, users must first contact the 2036 support team to seek resolution.
